I first want to tell you that we at Austin Alliance Group hear you and are with you in this rapidly changing time. As our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how AAG is responding. The safety and health of our community are of the utmost importance to us. Additionally, we realize that many businesses and workplaces are having to adjust quickly to a new, remote work environment. Our guiding principle has always been “Help First,” and it rings true now, more than ever.

- Listen to your team; encourage creative problem solving from EVERYONE, not just leadership
