Introducing the Austin Alliance Group

We have some exciting news to share! After seventeen successful years, Alice has expanded the capacity and capabilities of The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group to become the Austin Alliance Group with a broader team of HR and Business Professionals. Effective April 1, 2019, Alice Dendinger and team are the Austin Alliance Group. Please rest assured that Alice will continue to engage in public speaking, project management, facilitation, consulting, mediation and cultural transformation as part of this new and exciting team.

Why the change and why now? Alice is important to us, and we want to help her achieve her desires. Alice has entered a new season in life and would like to spend more time with her family, traveling, and enjoying the love of her life. Alice is not retiring; instead, she has assembled a dynamite team to manage the day-to-day activities of the business. Alice has carefully hand-picked each member of the team with intentional purpose and has full confidence that they will continue to serve clients with the same skill, knowledge, customization, and professionalism that she has over the last 17 years.

With the addition of these superior team members, the Austin Alliance Group has the capacity to grow even bigger and better! We are not a payroll or benefits company, we’re not traditional HR consultants, we are not outsourced HR, and we are not a recruiting firm. With the use of cultural assessments, 360 Degree Feedback, customized surveys, we continue to guide and support our clients.

Our facilitation and workshops are focused on the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Entrepreneurial Operating Systems for Successful Business, Future Search Strategic Planning, and ROAR – supporting employees in coming to work every day ROARING with purpose and passion. We will continue to engage audiences in public speaking events on a variety of topics and maintain our status as a pre-approved provider for recertification credits with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Who is the new owner, Lisa Blanton? Alice and Lisa met in 2014 when Alice was hired to do DiSC Facilitation for a firm Lisa was assisting through an ownership transition. As is the case with many who encounter Alice, the two connected and Alice and Lisa tracked each other’s career success milestones. Lisa’s background includes over 30 years in corporate positions such as COO, CFO, and CHRO; including 13 years as a business owner. She has a proven track record of helping leaders drive for high achieving results through strategy, integration and people relationships with a focus on financial, people service, and enterprising aspects of a business.

Lisa’s career is filled with success stories of assisting entrepreneurs to build the business functions of operations, finance, accounting, and human resources while they concentrate on the development of their product or service. She is passionate about guiding leadership teams to successfully build their organizations and provide the best environment and culture for their employees. As a Professional EOS Implementer, Lisa teaches leadership teams to get what they want from their businesses. She does this by providing a complete system with simple tools to help teams achieve alignment in their
vision, get traction to execute to achieve every part of their vision and to help the leaders become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team. It’s no wonder why Alice chose Lisa to continue her legacy.

The others on the Austin Alliance Group team include Kim Jones – VP of Finance, Christa Holmans – VP of Marketing, and Adrian Porter – VP of Administration & Client Experience. Each of these ladies has extensive experience in their respective 􀆈elds. They have all been known to stand out among their peers and to have high expectations of themselves and others.
