Throughout her career, Hilda has demonstrated expertise in several facets of HR, such as employment law and compliance, benefits and leave administration, HRIS management, and the five stages of an employee’s life cycle.
Hilda combines emotional intelligence with strategic HR expertise to foster trust, inclusion, and a sense of belonging within organizations. Hilda has lived in Austin for 24 years, making her practically a native. In addition to all things HR, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.
