AAG Launches “From Hire to Fire” Virtual Leadership Workshop
Austin Alliance Group (AAG) has announced its upcoming two-part virtual workshop “From Hire to Fire: Connecting Law, Ethics, and Teams”.
The program is designed to equip managers with the knowledge and tools to manage employees effectively and in full compliance with employment law.
The live, interactive sessions will be held over two half-days on December 2 and 3, 2025, from 12-3 PM Central via Zoom.
The course will be led by Lisa Blanton (SHRM-SCP) and Rachel Blanton (SHRM-CP and ATD Virtual Instructional Designer), both experts in leadership, compliance, and organizational development.
The workshop is intended to help managers understand and adhere to employment laws; improve ethical decision-making and communication skills; manage hiring, performance, and terminations consistently and fairly; and foster a workplace culture of trust, compliance, and accountability.
In addition, each participant will receive an 85-page digital Participant Guide and 20 supervisor-ready templates and tools to help them put what they’ve learned into practice.
Registration is $498 per participant and closes on November 28, 2025, with limited seats available.
