Alyssa De Leon is an HR & Payroll Coordinator with the Austin Alliance Group, supporting both human resources and payroll operations. She joined the organization as an Alliance Member in April 2022 and has gained valuable experience across a range of human resources and payroll functions. Alyssa believes human resources is the heart of an organization, supporting the people who drive business success. She also sees payroll as the bridge between human resources and accounting, which together help companies remain compliant, financially healthy, and supportive of their workforce.
Before joining the Austin Alliance Group, Alyssa spent two years at a bookkeeping firm, where she assisted property management companies with financial and operational database management. Her background in payroll, accounting support, and HR administration has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and effective team collaboration.
Alyssa is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Texas A&M University–Commerce and plans to earn a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Houston. She is committed to supporting employees, enhancing workplace operations, and advancing her expertise in HR and accounting.
Alyssa lives in Bastrop, Texas, with her husband, son, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys baking and experimenting with new sourdough recipes.
