As Founder and CEO of Austin Alliance Group (AAG), Lisa leads a multidisciplinary consulting team providing fractional HR, leadership development, executive facilitation, strategic planning, and organizational consulting to public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
Lisa holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, is certified in Training & Facilitation through the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is certified in Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®. She earned her MBA in Organizational Studies.
