From Hire to Fire Virtual Course
Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
- Enrollment in the From Hire to Fire Virtual Course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the course.
- Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.
2. Refund, Reassignment, and Transfer Policy
- All payments for the From Hire to Fire Virtual Course are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend the scheduled course, your registration may be reassigned to a future From Hire to Fire course session in 2026, subject to availability, or you may transfer the registration to another person.
- Reassignments and transfers must be requested by email to info@gotoaag.com at least 24 hours prior to the original course start date and time.
- No-shows or requests made within 24 hours of the course date and start time will not be eligible for reassignment or transfer.
3. Course Access and Participation
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (including a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and the latest version of the Zoom application) to access and participate in the virtual course. Each participant should have their own device instead of sharing with a colleague.
- Prior to the start of the course, participants are required to test their Zoom camera and sound using the Zoom link provided in their course confirmation email to ensure proper functionality.
- Participants are expected to have their camera turned on and audio functioning during live sessions to fully engage in course discussions and activities.
- Course materials and access credentials are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred except as permitted under the reassignment policy.
4. Course Modifications
- The organizers reserve the right to modify course content, schedule, or instructors as necessary.
- In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the organizers, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future session or receive a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including slides, recordings, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Austin Alliance Group, LLC.
- Redistribution, reproduction, recording, or resale of any course content without the express written permission of Austin Alliance Group, LLC is strictly prohibited.
6. Agreement
By submitting payment for the From Hire to Fire Virtual Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
