Bri Bucks is an HR Strategic Advisor with the Austin Alliance Group. She brings to projects her 20 years of experience managing the HR functions within various sizes and types of organizations, assisting clients to integrate effective HR processes into their people practices strategically. Bri excels at providing senior management with guidance and support throughout the employee life cycle, from Recruiting to Succession Planning. She helps to establish and move HR initiatives forward while identifying gaps and opportunities for better alignment with organizational values and goals.
While completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, she decided that being a champion for people and organizations is where she wanted to dedicate her time. With this decision, Bri began her career in Human Resources. Over the last twenty years, working her way up in different organizations and being introduced to progressive roles in Human Resources, she has found her place as an HR Strategic Advisor for multiple organizations, utilizing her experience to help clients in all different industries.
Bri is most in her element when partnering with individuals and organizations to help them reach their full potential. Bri is an active Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) member. Her passion for Human Resources was discovered early in her career while attending Angelo State University. She lives with her husband and four children in West Texas and is also an effective chaos coordinator. She stays busy with her army of small human activities and events when not assisting clients.
