Lisa Blanton, MBA, SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resource Management), is a speaker, coach, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in corporate roles, including COO, CFO, and CHRO, and 13 years as a business owner. Lisa has a proven track record of helping leaders drive high-achieving results through strategy, integration, and staff relationships.
Leah Jaramillo, BA (Organizational Psychology), MBA, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Learning & Development at the Austin Alliance. She has two decades of experience working with various organizations to improve work environments. Leah is involved in several professional associations, including SIOP and ATD.
Rachel Blanton, BS (Sports Management/Business), SHRM-CP, is a Facilitator and HR Consultant, a certified facilitator for Everything DiSC, and an ATD Certified Virtual Instructional Designer. Rachel has HR experience in multi-state small and mid-sized businesses, specializing in learning & development, performance management, and employee relations & retention.

Communication in the Workplace
This facilitated session is perfect for all team members who want to understand themselves better and lay the foundation for great communication with others. The primary takeaways from this session include discovering how personal communication styles influence motivation and identifying individuals’ communication styles using behavioral cues.
