While completing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, studies focused on the impact of leadership on employee well-being, organizational innovation, and prosperity. As a graduate student of an MBA in Healthcare Management program, she applied this research to launching a start-up business focused on helping leaders adapt to the changing needs of their workforce through organizational health measures.

She is also a servant leader within Austin SHRM, previously on the Board of Directors as Co-VP of Annual Conference, and annually as a facilitator for the Stepping Stones to Leadership program.

Originally from California, Leah relocated to Austin, TX at the turn of the century with family and now raises a Texan in Williamson County, TX. She is grateful to call this little oasis home and be part of a community uniquely situated to model the future of work.
